Biko Giken
Design polishing processing

Light tells a story.
The beautiful light is created by sharpening our skills.
Polishing was originally intended to remove scratches and was not recognized as a design element.
Biko Giken was founded in 1973. During the company’s founding period, they focused on the flowing elegant arcs created when cutting metal with a cutter, and thought of sublimating them into a pattern. Through repeated trial and error, they created metal patterns full of originality.
By creating all kinds of designs in the surfaces of everyday material such as metals and plastics, they have been creating original designs that are unique to each surface where their products are used. Utilizing the knowledge and technologies that they have developed over their history, Biko Giken provides new value that is expressed in a wide range of diverse light.
